Website Traffic

Why can’t I just buy website traffic?

It used to be so simple, you could forget all this SEO stuff and just go along to Google to buy website traffic and advertising. Just 5 minutes later, boatloads of traffic would be turning up at your door. Now you might go back later and go for the free SEO traffic, but at least you had tested your pages first and got them converting, before waiting months for the free traffic to turn up. Increase Search Engine Ranking Even With Duplicate Content?

Now often I look down the analytics of all my customers and try and work out just why is it that some get lots of traffic and some don’t. You may think it’s down to spending more on adverts, better SEO, techniques to increase search engine ranking or the latest traffic trick that’s going round.

But it’s not; it’s much simpler than that. It’s down to the quantity of content. The quality must be good if you want sales, but when it comes to getting traffic and getting a good increase in search engine ranking, any content is better than no content.

You wouldn’t expect very good results if you turned up at a networking meeting and said nothing! Instead, you talk to people, gauge their interest and adapt your message accordingly. Well the internet is the same. You look up their search queries, create article replies and then adapt them accordingly, when you see how they react.

I actually think that perfectionism holds most people back. They get writers block and worry about publishing perfect content. Instead, just get something up and get stuck in to the conversation with your market. Otherwise you’ll just get left in the dust by more dynamic competitors!

Now we all know that duplicate content is a complete “no-no” as far as Google is concerned. Well, to prove a point, I set up on one of my abandoned blogs an automatic robot that pulls in content from article sites. In fact, it automatically posts 4-5 articles per day related to particular keyword phrases that I have programmed. Yes, its duplicate content and this should work against me in the search engine rankings.

But you see, here’s the thing, before I set up the robot, I was only getting about 50 visitors per month. Now the site is attracting 175 visitors per month and it’s increasing all the time. In some cases, I’m getting a good increase search engine ranking for some of the article keyword phrases. I guess the search engines prefer duplicate content to no content at all. I am now looking for businesses who want to generate content and get seriously good at internet marketing. If you want to improve your internet marketing, liked this article, or even if you didn’t, please leave a comment in the box below. I would love to create a discussion and find out your thoughts on how to get an increase search engine ranking.

Where else can I get traffic?

It used to be easy getting boatloads of traffic from Google. First you’d get some keywords together, place a pay per click advert and then wait for the instant deluge.

But then came the Google slap. You see, Google’s getting picky, they want your keywords to be in step with your ad and then the ad must be instep with your landing page. If you don’t get that right, then they’ll slap you hard by charging much more for each click…. Sometimes, even 10 times more.

Now don’t worry, Michael Jones showed you how to avoid the slap in his course.

But this got me thinking, is there another way, somewhere else where you can get traffic. Maybe, somewhere that used to work just like email back in the late 1990s.

And then I stumbled across Mack Michaels. He’s cracked it… he’s found a place where 4.3 billion people go …..dozens and dozens of times everyday! and there’s very little competition.

In fact, he’s so successful at working this system, that he pulled in $328,707.47 in his first month.

Now before you ask, no it’s not MSN, Bing or Yahoo. Go and find out what it is at:

PS I’ll give you a hint, you probably also go there every day

Getting Website Traffic

Over 95% of businesses have websites that don’t attract internet traffic. The cheapest way to correct this marketing failure is search engine optimisation. You can get to the top of Google, Yahoo or MSN by understanding the methods that search engines use to index your site.

Make it easy for their robot crawlers to find your site and then associate each page with the most relevant and popular keyword phrases used by searchers to get traffic and ultimately more customers.
