About Us

	Raglan Tribe, Managing Director of Mindsheet Limited. As an entrepreneur or innovator, whether you are starting out in your own business or some way down the road, sometimes you need a bit of advice and reassurance on your path to success. I needed the same help when I left the corporate world and started my own business 6 years ago and that hunger for continual learning and improvement has never left me. I’ve combined my 20 years of corporate knowhow with the ups and downs of running my own business. I went from being in charge of 1500 people to launching my own innovation consultancy business. I’ve been involved in many innovative product creations, some have been a rip roaring success and some have failed. But the lessons I’ve learnt are priceless. In particular, all businesses needs a predictable stream of qualified leads to drive the whole operation. We now use our Clockwork Sales systems in all of our businesses to fuel our growth. My company, Mindsheet Ltd, works with many blue chip corporations to research, develop and deliver new products and services. 	Ken Maclauchlan is Programme Director at Mindsheet, where he is responsible for the operational delivery of projects. He was a lead change agent and programme manager for a major automotive company, and has a proven capability to deliver complex projects. Ken has extensive transport sector experience, including the development and testing of safety critical products. He spent four years at TRW Electric Power Steering Systems, where he worked as lead change agent and customer liaison and quality improvement manager, five years as Programme Manager and R&D Department Manager for TRW Advanced Product Development, and three years as Systems Engineer for Lucas Advanced Vehicle System Development., where he was involved in the development of the Lucas vehicle collision avoidance systems. Ken has an MEng (Hons) in Microelectronic Systems Engineering from UMIST and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
	Catherine Dollery After many Director level PA positions at De La Rue, Catherine is now responsible for the smooth running of the Mindsheet operation. At Mindsheet, she manages events, client assignments and travel arrangements in addition to the accounts. We’d all be lost without her.She has a management diploma and many years of industry research experience supporting strategy, mergers & acquisitions and new product development.
	Yvette Mindel is responsible for marketing, research and project co-ordination at Mindsheet. Yvette researches and produces content for both our Mindsheet and client websites, as well as advising on and conducting internet marketing strategies. Prior to joining Mindsheet, Yvette was Marketing Manager for a web development company where her role involved bringing on new business and working with clients to produce outstanding web sites for their target markets. Yvette previously spent 12 years in the financial services sector in a variety of marketing, product development and client management related roles. She has a BA (Hons) in Industrial Economics from the University of Nottingham.
	John Tribe has run a variety of small businesses over the years in the computer and leisure industries.He currently manages our web marketing installations, develops web systems and is responsible for IT & system support for the Mindsheet group. For 7 years he ran Karrimor International Mountain Marathon web site incorporating all the new web developments as they came along from e-commerce to live video event reporting. More recently he has assisted Mindsheet with their projects for the Scottish Office and members of the Welsh Assembly. Today he assists busy individuals who want sites fast at value and with personal instruction so they can update their sites themselves.
	William Tribe is the internet marketer for Mindsheet, he brings Mindsheet photoshop, search engine optimisation and html skills.
